Identifying Information
Akomia.com collects the following identifying information pertaining to you, when you register for our service:

We use your information for verification, billing and communication with the ultimate accomocation service providers only.

Credit Card Information
Akomia.com collects credit card information solely to complete a single Akomia.com transaction. Akomia.com does not save the credit card information you send to us. The credit card details are used only to securely communicate with the payment gateway (www.payline.co.za) in billing the customer. Akomia.com will not willfully disclose any credit card information to any third party, except as required by law.
On successful billing, last four digits of the card number are recorded on the order for your tracking purpose, the rest of card details (expiry date, card verification value - CVV) are discarded.
Updating and Correcting Information
Once you register and sign in you can update and/or correct your own registration information through Akomia.com's User Profile Page, including:
- Updating or correcting any address information that you entered previously
- Updating or changing your Password
- Updating or changing your email address
Security of Credit Card Transactions
SSL (Secured Socket Layer) encrypts the information you send to us, as well as the information we send back to you. You don't have to do anything special to use SSL as long as your browser software is Netscape Navigator 2.0 or above, Microsoft Explorer 3.0 or above, or America Online 3.0 or above.

Our member database contains general information (names, addresses and e-mail addresses) of people who purchase products from us. It does not store credit card information.
